A real gem. Perfect setting with plenty of space, cool breeze on the terrace and the beach right on your doorstep. The most comfy sun loungers ever. The house is really well appointed – nice without you worrying massively about what the children are messing up. Our staff were also lovely. Val cooks a great prawn curry and you couldn’t get your washing more white and fluffy – everyday, from Pam! When you have two kids under two this is a huge luxury. Going out time – when you want to tear yourself away its a nice walk along the beach to the bars and restaurants at Holetown. We will be back. thank you.

We recently returned from an amazing 10 nights at Bali Hai. Through research on the internet, we came across www.barbadosbarbados.com and from the very first contact, Carolyn provided us with top notch customer service. Based on our needs, she recommended Bali Hai as a perfect home and she was correct! We were seeking a relaxing vacation to unwind with our 2 daughters (ages 5 and 8).
The house was perfect, spacious and comfortable, plenty of room for the 4 of us plus my mother-in-law who visited for a week. The rooms are lovely, the beds large and comfortable. Cable TV was great and nice to have this also in the master bedroom. The enclosed yard suited our needs with 2 young children and the close proximity to an excellent, almost deserted beach was perfection! The house is open air but very secure.
Across the street from a bank, terrific cafe/ice cream shop (Moya) and nice shopping at Cave Sheppard (I found some lovely dresses)! Also walking distance to Holetown and shopping and an easy walk along the beach to a few nice restaurants.
The staff (Valerie – cook and Pam – cleaner) were terrific, accommodating and relaxed. Valerie makes a wonderful lasagna and home made macaroni along with curry chicken and lots of fish. She was very accommodating to the ‘tastes’ of our kids.
We have traveled extensively and both agreed we did not have one complaint. We are already planning our return for 2014!

We walked past Bali Hai for years and wondered what it would be like to stay a week or two. Well the opportunity finally came and gave my family a chance only dreamed of this past January/ February 2016.
It is a wonderful property designed for relaxing with amenities plenty. The villa is staffed with friendly and accommodating staff willing helping daily with meals, housekeeping and grounds. The property is equipped to make the comforts of home constant. And of course you’re in Barbados, with a great view, swimming and snorkelling nearby and plenty of closeness to shopping and interacting with the local Barbadians and other vacationers.
For those with the need of a 3 bedroom home, this place will give lasting memories and a desire to return as often as possible. All in all, five stars in our book.

HI Carolyn, just wanted to say thank you for all of your help with arranging our holiday. We had a wonderful week in Barbados and made memories that we will cherish for years to come. We took your suggestion with Chelsea car rental and that worked out great. I even learned to drive on the left side of the road – no pedestrians, other cars, or animals were endangered! It was so much fun to introduce one of my favorite places to David and Beverly. They loved it!
Bali Hai was lovely, just as expected. We were comfortable and content and Pam did a superb job looking after us and Marie the gardener was friendly and sweet. The location is perfect and the house itself is a treasure.
Thanks again for everything. I know I’ll be coming back sometime and you will be the first person I contact!
