Located on the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort, Villa Grove is a three bedroom private villa situated within the highly desirable Coconut Grove avenue.

Offering covered terraces, a secluded pool deck, fully-equipped kitchen and high end finishes, Villa Grove is a beautiful retreat perfect for the golf enthusiast. This villa offers Full Resort Membership allowing guests flexibility when booking golf tee times.

The villa’s central living area offers an octagon shaped living room as well as 6 seater dining area both of which lead out to the covered pool deck; with views of the golf course beyond. Each of the three bedrooms offers en suite bathrooms as well as the option of air-conditioning or ceiling fans. The first guest room is located on the lower level and is furnished with a king size bed which can be split into twins if required. The second guest bedroom and Master suite are situated on the second floor and enjoying access to a shared patio. The second bedroom is furnished with a king size bed which can be split into twins if required, and the master suite has a king size bed.

Guests staying at Coconut Grove 2 “Villa Grove” have access to a range of facilities within the resort:

Private gym, communal pool, Rum Shak, golf (at current rates), tennis, paddle tennis and pickle ball, clubhouse/dining room, Mullins Beach Club (complimentary daily shuttle service available).

Holetown and the nearest beach are a short 8 minute drive away. Holetown is the centre of our west coast with a vast array of amenities available, including shopping, dining, entertainment.

Coconut Grove 2 is a non-smoking vacation home. Children over 10 years are welcome. Housekeeping is included Monday to Friday.
