Sundown villa is a wonderful holiday home with views of the Caribbean sea off the west coast of Barbados.

Located across the road from Mullins Beach, Sundown offers uninterrupted ocean views across the bay from the property. Three of the four bedrooms offer a delightful view of the gardens, Mullins Bay and the Caribbean Sea beyond and are located on the top floor. The fourth bedroom is positioned in the basement, though not underground.

All four bedrooms are air-conditioned with flat screen TVs; the ensuite bathrooms include bidets, and there are large ceiling fans throughout the entire villa to keep you cool with the natural Caribbean breeze.

The 3 bedrooms upstairs offer beautiful views of the ocean and sunset. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, ample cupboard space, and a desk in the corner with computer and printer. The middle bedroom also has a king size bed as well as its own private terrace, and the third bedroom offers two double beds.

On the main level is the air-conditioned family room, powder room, sitting, dining and kitchen with doors on both the east and west side that open up to allow the gentle breeze to blow through. The family room has an elliptical machine and stationary bike, free weights, large flat screen TV, fax machine and security camera monitor.

Below the main living area is a fourth bedroom on its own with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom.

The professional stainless steel kitchen with a breakfast table that seats four is fully equipped with all top of the line equipment including a sub-zero refrigeration unit and a wine chiller. The dining room table seats 8.

Sundown takes advantage of outdoor living, with a large sundeck and inviting swimming pool, as well as a poolside gazebo offering views of the beach and Caribbean sea.

The gazebo features a top of the line gas barbeque, a sub-zero under counter fridge and is the perfect setting for entertaining, with seating for 8 people. Or simply relax under the trees in the hammock with a good book.

Sundown is fitted with a state of the art security system with outdoor cameras and a TV monitor, a Bose entertainment centre, wireless internet throughout the villa, an emergency generator, two 1,000 gallon water tanks and the entire villa is water purified with a Culligan Water Softener.

Access to Sundown is via the remote controlled gate with intercom. Staff includes a cook, housekeeper and laundress. Located just a few minutes away from the quaint and historic town of Speightstown, with local supermarket, fruit and veg stands, banks and several highly recommended bars and bistros

Or just 10 minutes drive to Holetown with a much larger selection of shops and nightlife, including the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre. A variety of watersports is available on Mullins Beach.
