Introducing “The Sugar House”, a stunning 6-bedroom villa located in the prestigious Sugar Hill Resort community, offering the perfect blend of elegance, privacy, and luxury living. This expansive, detached property is set on beautifully landscaped gardens, providing breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.

The villa features the main house with four spacious bedrooms, each designed with exquisite detail and comfort in mind. Three bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and one bedroom with a queen size bed. A charming two-bedroom guest cottage offers additional accommodations, perfect for visitors or extended family. There is one bedroom with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. Outdoor living is a highlight, with a large pool and multiple lounging areas, ideal for relaxation or entertaining.

Staff includes a housekeeper/laundress and a cook. The cook works from 8:30am to 1:30pm, returning at 5:30pm to 8:30pm if guests require all three meals. Otherwise she will prepare two consecutive meals for you. Staff work 6 days a week.
