Schooner Bay 207 “Innisfree” is an elegant three bedroom beachfront apartment located on the first floor of the Schooner Bay complex.

Located on the floor above ground level and positioned on the beach side of the complex, this apartment has the distinction of direct views of the beach and the turquoise Caribbean Sea from its balconies.

Decorated in cool tones, the open plan living room and kitchen area are the centre of the apartment. French doors lead on to a covered patio, where guests can dine on tasty meals prepared by the cook, or relax and enjoy the ocean views and tropical sunsets. The living room is equipped with a 32″ flat screen TV.

All three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The master bedroom has direct access to the covered patio and bedroom 2 has a small balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom features a king size bed and the bathroom offers a shower, jacuzzi tub and double vanity. Bedroom 2 features a king size bed and the bathroom offers a tub/shower combination with single vanity. Bedroom 3 features twin beds which can be converted to a king on request, and the bathroom offers a tub/shower combination with single vanity.

There is also a small study with printer available for guests to use.

A cook is provided for Winter and Christmas bookings only, applicable to the 3 and 2 bedroom rates only. The cook prepares two consecutive meals per day – guests’ choice of breakfast and lunch, or lunch and dinner. The housekeeper/laundress works six days a week.

Schooner Bay is an exclusive beach front apartment complex located on the beautiful sand beach of Godings Bay, on the West Coast of Barbados, in close proximity to Cobblers Cove Hotel. The historic town of Speightstown is within walking distance, and you can find good shopping, banks, sidewalk vendors as well as excellent casual dining options in this unspoilt little town. Holetown is also a great shopping and dining area, and is located just a short 15 minute drive away. Facilities on site include a free-form communal pool and an air-conditioned gym.

Access to the communal jacuzzi and gym has been temporarily suspended.

Lounge chairs are provided on the beach and pool deck and wooden bridges over the pool allow easy access from one end of the complex to the next. There is also a poolside gazebo with steps leading into the swimming pool.

There is an elevator for guests’ convenience. Guests are also issued with a security swipe key which is required to enter each apartment block.

Children are welcome. Smoking not permitted indoors. A one and two bedroom rate is offered for parties or two or four respectively.
