Rock Ridge is your typical Caribbean living styled villa with tropical gardens and ample outdoor space.

Rock Ridge is a two story detached villa located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with generous indoor and outdoor living spaces. There is ample space to enjoy the outdoors as the villa opens out on to the extensive covered terrace with the free form swimming pool lapping along the edge. Here is where you will spend your days either entertaining, dining al fresco or simply relaxing reading a book while enjoying the tropical breezes.

The villa has two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which opens on to the covered terrace. The master suite occupies the entire first floor. There is also an office on this level that is equipped with a printer and computer. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed while the other two bedrooms have twin beds that can be made into a king.

An open plan kitchen leads to the covered dining terrace and lounge, both located poolside.

Recent upgrades includes the addition of a new Samsung 75” TV with unlimited streaming, Sonos  Sound System, a Napoleon Grill – Plate & Wok Burner, Big Green Egg Smoker and Alfa Italiano Pizza Oven.

Rock Ridge is located within an easy 10 minute walk to the renowned Gibbs Beach. The historic Speighstown is less than a 3km drive away and is where you will find a local supermarket, fish market and several delightful cafes, bistros, bars and restaurants. In the other direction there is Holetown, the centre of our west coast, with an abundance of options for shopping, dining and entertainment.
