The ground floor is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area that opens out to a sizable covered patio complete with plunge pool, BBQ area and a garden path leading you straight down to the waters edge. The beach at Reeds Bay features powdery white sand, a sheltered swimming area and the occasional sea turtle. The master bedroom on this floor has a king sized bed, walk in closet and elegant en suite with a shower and a Jacuzzi tub. Double French doors open out to the patio offering easy access from the bed to ocean for that early morning swim.

The second floor is accessed via a stairwell from the patio and features two bedrooms with twin beds, en suite bathrooms and plenty of closet space. The open plan living area has a comfy sofa and large screen television with all the popular channels and networks. This floor boasts a private patio of its own with a lovely view of the bay beyond.

The third floor is made up of an impressive double patio overlooking the bay leading to a king sized bedroom suite with spa pool and shower, walk in closet, fully equipped kitchen and living/dining areas.

Guests may also access these units via the main corridor of each floor allowing families to come and go as they please without imposing on the guests below or above.
