Apartment 204 is a lovely second floor 3 bedroom fully air-conditioned apartment in the Condominiums at Palm Beach development in Barbados. A large patio offers outdoor dining, comfortable seating and an amazing view of the ocean and the grounds that include a full size double communal pool.

The apartment itself is well equipped and beautifully decorated. The three bedrooms are all air-conditioned and have en suite bathrooms, there is also a powder room off the entrance way, making this apartment a charming place for your family vacation.

Your stay at The Condominiums at Palm Beach also includes the use of the communal pool, a well equipped gym, large landscaped grounds and direct access to the lovely beach.

Housekeeping service is provided three half days a week.

The Condominiums at Palm Beach is a private gated community with all the flair and amenities of a luxury West Coast project. It is not a resort and hence does not provide resort type services. The development is primarily a private residential complex where some owners participate in short term rentals. The primary objective is to ensure the peaceful enjoyment of the property by all residents.

While the setting at Palm Beach is peaceful and tranquil, you are still within close and convenient proximity to all the amenities available on the south coast, including the popular South Coast Boardwalk that runs for 1km parallel to the coastline and passing many great bars and restaurants along the way.
