About The Property

Oceana is a four bedroom estate villa on the prime location of Ocean Ridge in the exclusive gated community of Sugar Hill.

Secluded amidst tropical trees and shrubs, including frangipani, bougainvillea, ginger lilies, banana and coconut palms, and approached via a private driveway adjacent to the house, Oceana maximises the benefits of its superb position with the enjoyment of tropical living.

There are three bedrooms in the main house, with the fourth in a separate self-contained cottage in the grounds. All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms with marble throughout.

The living room opens out onto the expansive covered terrace through two sets of French windows. Beyond is the large pool deck, the gardens and the azure sea.

A hallways to the right leads to two bedrooms, one with twin beds that can be made up as a king and has a private patio, and another bedroom with a queen size bed and a sitting area which opens through French windows onto both the pool deck and the covered terrace.

The master bedroom takes up the entire top floor with a super king size four poster bed and a separate dressing room. The ensuite bathroom has a large corner bath tub, a separate shower and twin basins. Running the length of the Master Suite and approached through two sets of French windows is its private veranda, offering truly spectacular westerly views of the Caribbean Sea.

The picturesque, partially open-air dining room looking out towards the sea is an impressive feature of the house, with its own internal garden and cathedral ceiling.

Next to the house is the self-contained, air-conditioned, one bedroom cottage with ensuite bathroom and separate kitchen. This can be configured as twin beds or king size as required.

Guests of Oceana have the use of all the Sugar Hill amenities. These include a clubhouse with large pool, restaurant, fully-equipped and air-conditioned fitness centre and members lounge, as well as the first class David Lloyd tennis facilities. Guests of Oceana also have beach access and membership privileges at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club.

Sugar Hill is a gated community with security guards both at the gate and on patrol 24 hours a day.
