New Mansion is a modern four bedroom two story coral stone villa located on the beach on the exclusive West Coast.

Privately owned and managed with a personal touch, this superb villa offers you holiday living at its finest. For those who prefer the privacy of their own pool, the owners have completed the gardens with the addition of a sparkling moat-like swimming pool where you can recline on a sun bed and enjoy the views of the ocean.

The accommodation comprises four air conditioned bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, and includes a large master bedroom with an adjoining kitchenette. A lovely terrace leads out from the master bedroom and the adjacent guest bedroom, and greets guests with an incredible view over the pool and onwards to the beach – perfect for watching the glorious Caribbean sunsets each evening. In addition, there is a pool-side playroom with cable TV which is also available in the master bedroom.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, while the other three bedrooms are furnished with twin beds which can be made into a king if preferred.

A lovely staff is on hand to look after you. There is a cook who will prepare your breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, while the housekeeper/laundress will take care of the villa and its laundry. For guests who wish to have their personal laundry done we will arrange for the laundry to be collected and sent out for cleaning, returning the following day as there are no on-site laundry facilities. Guests will be charged accordingly.

New Mansion is a short walk along the beach from the prestigious Sandy Lane Hotel and just next door to Treasure Beach Hotel.  A 10 minute drive to the north takes you into Holetown, the centre of our west coast, with everything you could possible need to satisfy your shopping, dining, entertainment and nightlife needs.

The world famous Sandy Lane, Royal Westmoreland and Apes Hill golf courses are within a short drive along with a variety of duty free shops, world class restaurants, night spots, supermarkets and banks.

New Mansion is a beachfront home. It should be noted that our beaches are constantly changing their shape and size mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but temporary changes may occur.
