About The Property

This spacious, 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa is impeccably furnished, has a comfortable living area and a large covered terrace with both dining and living areas.

Mullins View features air-conditioning throughout, travertine floors, a modern kitchen, walk in “wetroom” showers and high end furnishings and fixtures. Guests have views of the Caribbean Sea and the glorious sunsets from the upstairs terraces.

The main level consists of the indoor living area with comfortable seating and internet TV. The room flows seamlessly out to the al fresco living and dining area, cooled by ceiling fans. A smaller bedroom with ensuite bathroom is also on this level. This bedroom has twin beds that can be converted to a king if preferred. On the other side of the living room is the modern kitchen with high end appliances where you can indulge your inner gourmet creativity, or, if you prefer, have a cook come in to prepare your meals (payable locally).

Sip on cool cocktails on the wide patio or top up your tan on the luxury sun beds on your private sun deck. A gate leads directly from the sun deck to an extensive freeform pool with a soothing waterfall feature, the largest of two pools that Mullins View shares exclusively with 7 other townhouses. Mullins View is one of only four that fronts onto the largest pool.

On the second level you have two bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms and terraces for each bedroom. Each bedroom is furnished king size beds that can be split into twins if preferred.

On the third level is the fourth bedroom which is the master with King bed and ensuite bathroom. Access to the large sun deck from here offers spectacular views.

As a guest of Mullins View you have membership to The Royal Westmoreland Beach Club located just across the street, on Mullins Beach. This entitles all guests to complimentary luxury beach beds, and waiter service from the beach bar and restaurant. Please note that the club does not accept cash for F&B purchases, only credit cards.

The Singita Wellness Spa on site offers several treatments and the gym classes, all payable locally.

Mullins View comes with a housekeeper who works 6 days a week.

In less than 5 minutes you are in the historic little town of Speightstown, with many excellent choices for dining, as well as a local supermarket and fish market.
