Located in the most easterly parish of St Philip, Larimar is a six-bedroom six-bathroom luxury villa that features stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and over an acre of lush palm fringe tropical gardens.

Completely secluded, this oceanfront luxury villa guarantees tranquility with the calming sound of the ocean and cool tropical breeze. The residence is a stone throw away from the powder fine white sands and serene turquoise waters and offers panoramic views that will simply take your breath away.

Melding Barbadian, French and Balinese influences, Larimar boasts 8,500 sq.ft of airy interiors, luxurious furnishings, and a clean, calming colour palette. A 30ft pool with a large sundeck offers great outdoor entertaining space along with an array of verandas, courtyards, balconies, and pool bar.

When you enter Larimar, cast your eyes on the baby grand piano positioned in the elegant living quarters that showcases charming views of the ocean. A sweeping staircase leads to an expansive landing hall adorned with large ornate French mirror, where you’ll discover the tasteful décor of each guest bedroom ensuite.

The main lounge / indoor dining has 3 couches and a large glass dining table and chairs. There’s a convenient powder room off the lounge.

The bar has multiple fridges, shelving and glassware. There’s a TV with a surround sound system should you wish ‘to catch the game’ or access YouTube, Netflix etc.

There’s also an air conditioned gym featuring a Cybex multi gym, free weights and other exercise equipment.

There are multiple seating / chilling areas outside, either on verandas or in the gardens. The pool area has its own bar, loungers, umbrellas and hammocks. These outside areas are tastefully lite at night.

Five of the guest bedrooms are furnished with super king beds and come with their own en suite bathroom. A further bedroom suite featuring two singles bed, which can be made into another super king, ensures adults or children can stay in comfort and style. One of the bedroom suites has a huge outdoor shower room with views of the ocean. The master bedroom features ample wardrobe space and a window seat. Ensuite master bathroom features double vanity, double rain shower and a large tub with picturesque ocean views from its window.

Housekeeping service is provided 3 days per week, 1/2 day, plus a private chef is included for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (on the 5 and 6 bedroom rates only).

Larimar can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably and is the ideal getaway for families and groups of friends. There is the option for an additional two guests and a small additional fee may apply.

There are multiple beaches next to Larimar. Dawlish, Falmouth and Sharks Hole are all 3 minutes walk. The Crane, Foul Bay and Bottom Bay are a few minutes away by car. The Crane (the most popular) routinely being voted one of the top ten in the world and Bottom Bay one of the most photographed.

The nearby Crane Resort has multiple dining and bar options, Cutters is a fantastic deli, great for breakfast and lunch, Le Shack which is a French / International Restaurant just outside The Crane Resort, and Dis Ole House is a fun local restaurant right outside Sam Lords Resort.

Larimar is approx 9km / 15 min drive from the airport.
