Casuarina is a traditionally styled family home that sits on the upper ridge of the Sandy Lane estate, directly above the golf course, which gives commanding views of the fairways and the Caribbean sea in the distance.

Cooling breezes and tranquility are offered from this single level, 5-bed property. The large, open living and dining areas and family room, provide ample space for family and friends. On one side these rooms open onto the courtyard entrance and on the other, flow out to the covered terrace. The expansive terrace is set for 8 – perfect for casual dining under the stars and relaxed lounging. Just off this area is a private pool encircled by the sun deck overlooking the golf course. A table on one end of the deck provides al fresco dining for four.

Four en suite air-conditioned bedrooms encircle the courtyard of the main house. The original hardwood floor beautifully complements the master bedroom, complete with a private patio leading to the pool deck. The fifth bedroom is located in the separate cottage which is connected to the main house by a brick pathway, and affords beautiful views of the manicured grounds. The master bedroom has a king size bed, with a shower and single vanity in the ensuite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms (including the cottage) have twin beds that can be made up as a King, with a shower and single vanity in the ensuite bathrooms, with the exception of bedroom 3 that has tub/shower in the bathroom.

Staff is included in the rental of Casuarina House, with a cook who will prepare three meals a day for you, as well as a housekeeper.
