Sitting on a ridge above the west coast of Barbados, with dramatic views out to the ocean, Atelier House is a stunning 4 bedroom Caribbean retreat.

Atelier House has over 5,200 sq ft of covered, wide open living spaces and is finished and furnished to the highest standards. It is perfect for entertaining friends and family, or simply relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The dramatic double-height living space maximises the stunning views which extend beyond the outdoor terraces and pool across a mahogany tree-filled gully to the Caribbean Sea. In addition to the ground-level terraces and 32 x 27 ft pool there is a large roof terrace and mezzanine-level study offering stunning views of the West Coast.

The villa is surrounded by a half-acre of gardens featuring indigenous palms, lilies, bougainvillea and many flowering shrubs.

Atelier House offers four spacious bedrooms. The master suite is furnished with a king size bed and occupies the entire upstairs level. This bedroom features a glazed balcony and a vast sun terrace with fantastic sea views. The en suite bathroom features separate bath and shower facilities. There is also a TV room on this level, which can be accessed via the living room downstairs. The remaining three guest bedrooms are located on the ground floor, two of which open on to the pool deck. Two bedrooms are furnished with a king size bed while the fourth bedroom has a q queen bed. The en suite guest bedroom features an enclosed outdoor shower. Two additional guest bedrooms share a bathroom.

Atelier House sites equal distance between Speightstown to the north, and Holetown to the south.

Staff includes a housekeeper/laundress and she works 3 days a week from 9am to 3pm. A cook is included in Winter and Christmas only and she works 6 days a week, preparing two consecutive meals a day. If a cook is required during the Summer period this can be arranged for an additional fee.

On the nearby Mullins Beach enjoy beach front restaurants Sea Shed and The Beach Club by Royal Westmoreland. Mullins Beach is also home to a variety of watersports activities.
