It is essential that you have the necessary insurance coverage for medical needs, cancellation of flights and/or delays, as well as personal liability insurance coverage as applicable or required. It is also your responsibility to ensure that each member of your party travels with a valid passport and where necessary, a visa.
BCI Services Inc does not accept responsibility for any flight delays or cancellations, or for any loss, damage, disruption or cancellation of your holiday caused by force majeure or adverse weather conditions.
BCI Services Inc cannot take responsibility for failure to provide prior warning or notice of existing or pending public works events, excessive noise zones, power or water interruptions, staff behaviour or competence, or any other factors beyond our control.
Should problems occur, or if you have any queries or complaints during your stay, you must report your concerns immediately to the house staff or villa management for remedy.
