With new ownership in place Chef Paul Edwards of Formula One fame has transformed Nishi into what Trip Advisor calls the #10 Restaurant Caribbean wide.
Nishi offers a diverse menu with a mixture of Asian and Caribbean dishes. Their head Sushi chef has been preparing Sushi for the past 15 years and has worked in some of the top sushi restaurants in Miami and New York; as well as at the Shangri-La Hotel in Indonesia.
Their menu reflects a passion for good food, good wine and the good life. Inspiration for the menu is rooted in the flavours of tropical fruits and vegetables and the bounty of the Caribbean Sea. A selection of fresh fish, meat and organic produce is hand selected daily from local markets and suppliers.
Nishi also offers bistro entrees and you can choose from a delicious menu of Thai prawn greeen curry, coconut and ginger chicken, chargrilled salmon and more.
