Set atop a dramatic cliff overlooking the sea below, the previous structure has been modernised and The Cliff has been replaced with an elegant, sophisticated design. Indulge in a luxurious fine dining experience on the water’s edge. Enjoy a 2 or 3 course gourmet meal created by our Michelin Star Chef Matt Worswick as you listen to the gentle sound of the Caribbean Sea wash ashore.
The glass sea facing kitchen allows guests to catch a glimpse of our Culinary Team as they create dishes that excite the eyes and wow the taste buds.
The fine wine cellar holds over 1500 varieties of carefully selected wines from around the world chosen by our expert team of Sommeliers by our director of wine, Alessandro Cassano.
Open for dinner Monday through Sunday, and on Sundays for lunch and dinner.
