Barbados Villa Rentals Christmas 2024
Holiday villas for the Christmas Season 2024 are now available for bookings. We are experiencing numerous requests already for this Christmas and while the the standard practice is to offer current Christmas guests the option to re-book for the upcoming season, we can take now take requests based on your preferred dates. Typically there is a 10 to 14 night minimum stay at the peak Christmas rate. Each villa has their own minimums.

Some villas attract a 2.5% service fee and some a US$100 one time cleaning fee
Special conditions apply during Christmas and the New Year period.
A 25%-50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking,
with the balance due 30-90 days prior to arrival.
