Learn to surf under the guidance Alan Burke of Burkie’s Surf School, one of the best surf instructors Barbados has to offer. Alan is a life long surfer and an ardent competitor.

There are several tuition packages available to cater to any age and skill level. Transportation is offered to and from hotels, schools and private residences.

Surf lessons are usually conducted Monday to Friday, 9am – 11am, or 3pm – 5pm, but these times are flexible, especially if lessons are taken privately.

Equipment is included, and students must be able to swim the length of a regular sized swimming pool.

Classes take place between Long Beach and Atlantic Shores and are determined on the day of the lesson. The locations chosen are ideal for beginners.
