Dufry is a Swiss-based company with a rich history dating back to 1865 and is among the world’s largest duty-free retailers. In 2021 Dufy assumed full ownership of Cave Shepherd, which was Barbados’s leading department stores for many years. The result of this change is Bridgetown Duty Free.

Bridgetown Duty Free offers high-end jewellery, fragrances, and cosmetics to designer apparel and souvenirs. Their range of products also includes liquor, tobacco, and confectionery, all at significantly lower prices than US market rates.

Bridgetown Duty Free has stores around the island, including Bridgetown, Holetown, Sheraton Mall, Worthing and at the Bridgetown Harbour.
