Maxwell Beach Villas is a south coast beach front condominium development offering 15 well designed, luxury two bedroom, two bathroom apartments.
Designed by the Caribbean’s most renowned architect; Ian Morrison, these apartments offer 1,300 sq ft of living space, furnished by professional decorators and the property is expertly managed by on-site staff.
There are 3 apartments on each floor which stretch over five floors and the design and layout of each apartment benefits from the ocean views of the Caribbean Sea and pristine white sand of Maxwell beach.
Each apartment features an open plan concept with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, air conditioned bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout. The only difference between each apartment is the interior design and furnishings which is chosen by each private owner.
In each apartment, both the living area and the en suite master open out onto the private balcony which is ideal for outdoor dining and lounging.
Additional bedding can be requested to accommodate up to 5 persons (carries a nightly supplement of US$25 per night)
There is a Front Desk Manager on duty from 8am to 4pm and housekeeping is provided 5 half days a week.
Just 15 mins (approx 9km) from Grantley Adams International Airport, Maxwell Beach Villas is also close to Oistins, home of the famous Friday Night Fish Fry and a quick 5 minute drive (approx 2km) away from the lively and vibrant St Lawrence Gap in one direction, and one of our favourite restaurants, Cafe Luna at Little Arches in the other direction.
