About The Property

Situated at the end of a shady semi-circular driveway, High Trees offers guests a comfortable and relaxed Barbados holiday experience.

The villa embraces outdoor living and features traditional terrazzo floors, warm muted decor, with touches of colour to enhance its Caribbean flavour.

Located at the centre of the villa, the entry foyer doubles as the inside living room. Wide French doors lead on to the spacious covered patio with comfortable outdoor seating and dining.

A pathway leads from the patio, through the lovely gardens, to a second deck area at the beach edge. The beach deck features a small gazebo, and outdoor dining, at the same time enjoying the privacy offered by the low sea wall.

For your convenience there are two gates that offer you direct access to the beach.

The four bedrooms are all air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms. To the right of the entry foyer is Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3, with Bedroom 3 only accessed via Bedroom 2 or from the pool deck.

Ahead and to the right, the master bedroom features a wet room in its en-suite bathroom as well as direct access to the pool deck. Bedroom 4 is located to the left of the entry foyer.

All bedrooms have twin beds that can be converted to a King, with the exception of Bedroom 3 which has a Queen size bed.

The Master bathroom has a tub/shower and double vanity, Bathroom 2 has a walk-in shower and double vanity, Bathroom 3 has a tub/shower and single vanity and Bathroom 4 has a tub/shower with single vanity.

The airy kitchen is located to the left of the foyer, and also has French doors leading on to the outdoor terrace. A cook is provided with the rental and she prepares two consecutive meals a day for you, your choice of breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. Her off day is Friday. A housekeeper is also included.

This villa does not have a barbeque.

High Trees is located on the well known Gibbs Beach, on the west coast of Barbados. The villa is within walking distance to the popular Mullins Beach where you will find The Sea Shed (new beach bar/restaurant) and the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club. A few minutes further north is Speightstown, where guests can enjoy shopping and casual dining options. Holetown is a 15 minute drive away in the other direction.

This holiday rental villa is an excellent choice for families or groups of friends wishing to enjoy a relaxing Barbados vacation. It is also wheelchair friendly.

Smoking not permitted indoors.

This villa DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics.

High Trees is a beachfront home. It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but temporary changes may occur.
