The apartment is well outfitted with a comfortable open plan kitchen/living area offering a well equipped kitchen with casual seating at the granite countertop while the lounge area is spacious with comfortable seating focused on a large flat screen TV. The covered patio also offers additional outdoor seating and an outdoor dining area to make the most of the wonderful tropical lifestyle.The covered patio opens out to a small garden area, offering privacy, that opens out to the pool area. While a path meanders down from the pool to a small gate leading directly out to the beautiful golden sand and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Each of the three bedrooms is fully air-conditioned with en suite bathrooms and the master suite opens out to the covered patio. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has twin beds that can be zipped as a king and the the third bedroom has a Queen size bed.

Maid service is provided 3 days a week. For parties of up to 4 people, where only 2 bedrooms are required, a 2 bedroom rate is available during the High Season only.

The Condominiums at Palm Beach is a private gated community with all the flair and amenities of a luxury West Coast project. It is not a resort and hence does not provide resort type services. The development is primarily a private residential complex where some owners participate in short term rentals. The primary objective is to ensure the peaceful enjoyment of the property by all residents.
