    About The Property

    Leamington House is a colonial-style Great House set in the exclusive Leamington Estate. Re-designed and renovated by the late famous architect, Oliver Messel, the house was for many years the home of the American Ambassador. It has been given a modern makeover, but kept its period charm intact.

    Leamington House features a spacious and welcoming reception/living area which leads to a covered patio with comfortable seating and dining areas, a large swimming pool and a beautiful, tropical walled garden. Steps away through the garden is a gate that opens onto the beach next to the Cobblers Cove Hotel.

    This beautiful holiday home offers four generous air-conditioned bedrooms on the first floor, each with private bathrooms. A fifth bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed while the remaining four bedrooms are twin beds that can convert to a king if preferred.

    In addition to the reception areas, the ground floor also accommodates a TV room and Wi-Fi is available throughout.

    Leamington House comes with a butler, cook, laundress and housekeeper. The work from 8:30am to 1:30pm, returning at 5:30pm to 8:30pm unless you are going out for the evening. Each staff member has one day off a week. A night watchman works from 6pm to 6am each night.

    The historic town of Speightstown is nearby with a local supermarket, several vendors who line the main street selling local fruit and veg, and a good choice for dining and beach bars for sunset cocktails. Holetown is approx 4 miles away in the other direction and is where you will find a much greater choice for dining, shopping and entertainment.
