Settlers Beach is comprised of 22 tastefully decorated two bedroom luxury villas, perfectly tailored for carefree holiday living. The villas are set far enough apart to ensure privacy and comfort, yet close enough to be neighbourly.
The villas come in two styles: Single storey with a central patio/atrium, or duplex, with an upper level balcony. Each villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms. The living and dining areas are spacious and the kitchens are well equipped.
It appeals to mature guests looking for tranquility and informality and it has always been very popular with families who appreciate the spacious accommodation and extensive grounds. Perfect for children with the calm swimming and shady beach.
The restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Watersports are available from the beach and swimming lessons can be arranged in the pool with their own "in-house" instructor. Guests can use the tennis facilities at the Sugar Hill Club. There is a new airconditioned television lounge located next to the restaurant and is accessible to all in house guests.

Maximum number of guests per villa: 2 persons per 1-bedroom villa; 5 persons per 2-bedroom villa. Minimum stay requirement: 10 nights for all arrivals between December 19, 2006 - January 8, 2007. PAYMENT POLICY (a) A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival in Winter and 30 days prior to arrival in Summer.
(b) During Winter cancellations within 45-60 days will be charged 25% of rental. Within 45 days or less, 100%. During Summer, within 15-30 days will be charged 25% of rental; 15 days or less, 100%. "No shows" will be charged 100% of rental during both winter and summer.
