There is a reef in front of the Pavilion which is great for snorkeling and good swimming is a short distance to the north.
Leamington Pavilion has beautifully landscaped grounds providing natural privacy and a large swimming pool with two elegant poolside gazebos for dining or relaxing; there is also a spacious loggia with dining and sitting area looking onto the pool and gardens, as well as a tennis court and a small gym on premises.
