 Located near Speightstown, St. Peter on the oceanfront. This enchanting cottage is part of the Leamington estate. The one bedroom cottage has a private entrance with separate driveway and features a large sitting/dining area which opens on two sides to a spacious uncovered terrace with great sea views. The bedroom is air-conditioned with twin beds which can be made up as one. An iPod dock is in the bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite with tub/shower combination, plus a powder room. High speed ADSL internet access with wireless connection is available to guests who bring their laptops. Watersports are available at the beach north or south of the Cottage.
Leamington Cottage has just been renovated and upgraded and boasts a new, super modern fully fitted Italian kitchen, a brand new bathroom with walk in shower, new furniture and all new fabrics and curtain upholstery, new stone floors and an amazing new plunge pool.
The cottage may be rented separately or together with the 4 bedroom, exclusive Leamington Pavilion next door.
There is a reef in front of Leamington Cottage and a sandy beach a few minutes walk either north or south of the property. The Cobblers Cove beach is a 10 minute walk north of the Cottage.

NOTICE
Please be advised that there is a development of four apartments on the adjoining property to Leamington Pavilion and Cottage. The actual site cannot be seen since the Pavilion is well screened from the adjoining development by shrubberies and a line of tall mature trees on Leamington's boundary. The Cottage is near the boundary and therefore closer to the site despite being right on the beach. Whilst the heavy groundwork is now complete, we cannot guarantee that there will be total peace and quiet.
There is very little that can be done to address this situation and the owners are offering a considerable discount of 50% off until further notice. Once booked there would be no further refund of any kind.
But please keep in mind that Leamington Pavilion and Cottage have recently been completely refurbished and the villa is kept in immaculate condition and has wonderful staff including a butler, chef, housekeeper, maid, gardener and night guard. The Cottage has a cook/maid. There is also a beach in front of the garden and we have noted that the noise is considerably less on the beach. There is also a tennis court and an air-conditioned gym with the Pavilion rentals and both the Pavilion and Cottage have pools (the Cottage has a plunge pool).
