ABOUT THE PROPERTY

 Cassandra 2 Beach Apartments are two comfortable and casual beach front apartments located just to the north of Mullins Beach, and a few minutes away from the historic Speightstown.
There are two spacious self contained apartments to choose from. Both nicely furnished with a traditional Bajan style and each with a balcony and deck offering unforgettable views.
The bottom level is the two bedroom apartment with two twin, air-conditioned bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and you cannot get any closer to the sea when sitting on the terrace. There is a pull out sofa bed for an additiona person.
 The top floor is a self contained studio apartment with a private terrace overlooking the beach and sea.
The apartments can be rented separately, or together to make a three bedroom apartment.
The apartments are equipped with room safes and maid service is provided twice weekly, when she changes your towels and linens. She will also do your personal laundry at a cost of US$15 per load. If you would like your clothes dried, there is a US$15 charge for the dryer.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout. There is cable TV in both apartments.
Wireless internet access is available at US$8 a day.

CANCELLATION POLICY : Clients are advised to take out private insurance against cancellation. However, the usual conditions regarding sickness, accident or death will no doubt be applicable to the policy. Some credit cards will also provide a certain level of insurance. It is also advisable to take out health cover for the period of your stay in Barbados, as medical expenses can be high.
NORMAL RESERVATION PERIODS:
A 25% non refundable/non transferable deposit is required to secure the booking.
Balances are due in full 29 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation within 28 - 21 days of arrival 50% of the balance is refundable.
Cancellation within 20 - 14 days of arrival 35% of the balance is refundable.
Cancellation within 13 - 08 days of arrival 25% of the balance is refundable.
Cancellation within 07 - 00 days of arrival 0% of the balance is refundable.
