Bower Fold is a fully air-conditioned, luxury 2 bedroom villa, located on the West Coast in the private community of Porters Court.

Porters Court is a gated community comprising 8 traditional Bajan style villas set amongst lush tropical gardens and protected by electric security gates and intercom system for total privacy and relaxation. 

Bower Fold sits right in front of the lovely swimming pool, so parents can sit on the covered terrace and watch the children play.  This comfortable villa has been recently refurbished and updated and is very well equipped and furnished.  The beach is a few minutes walk away, as well as a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops which are all within a walk or short drive away. There are several high standard local hotels also within walking distance, such as the Fairmont Royal Pavilion which is immediately opposite Porters Court, and The Lone Star Hotel and Restaurant.

Bower Fold has two spacious air-conditoned bedrooms, each with en-suite modern bathrooms with both tub and shower. The master bedroom has a queen size bed while the second bedroom has two twin beds which can be made into a king size bed.  There are built in wardrobes providing ample hanging and shelf space with a safe and a hairdryer also provided.

The spacious, open plan, air-conditioned living area includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area that opens out via two sets of double doors onto a comfortable outdoor terrace, which runs along two sides of the villa and overlooks the pool. There is also a table, chairs and barbecue on the terrace – a perfect place for dining or relaxing in the shade. Sun-loungers and umbrellas are provided on the pool deck. 

The style of this comfortable family villa is that of the traditional chattel houses, with polished hardwood floors, high pickled pine ceilings and coral lights. It offers comfort and yet is a child friendly villa with a range of additional facilities including– wiFi, iPod docking station, cable TV, stereo CD, books, toys, games and sports equipment.

Bower Fold sleeps four comfortably but arrangements can be made for a fifth person at an additional cost of US$30 per day.
