A popular beach villa, Belair is situated literally on the beautiful beach at Mullins, St Peter. This elegantly furnished villa can comfortably accommodate parties of up to 12 (8 in the main house and 4 in the cottage which is located behind the main house).

The large master bedroom has a king size canopied bed and overlooks the uncovered terrace, beach and sea. The other bedrooms in the main house have twin beds which can be pushed together. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and two bedrooms share an adjoining bathroom. There is also a powder room.

Belair's dining terrace and adjoining sun deck offer a panoramic view of Mullins Bay and is the perfect place for quiet relaxing during the day, sunset cocktails or star gazing at night. The dining tables on the covered terrace can seat up to 12 when pushed together.

There is a 50" TV and built in wet bar in the living room, as well as TVs in the sitting room, master bedroom and cottage. There is high speed ADSL internet access with wireless connection available to guest who bring their laptops.

The two bedroom air-conditioned cottage consists of a built in sitting area with TV and Direct TV, VCR, ceiling fan, portable radio/CD/cassette player. Both bedrooms share a bathroom. The open plan dining area can seat two at the built in table and is fitted with a double sink and fridge.

The staff at Belair have been at the villa for many years and will do their utmost to ensure your visit is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.  There is a housekeeper/cook, two maids, a laundress and a night watchman.  A nanny is required for children under 12.

Located a five minute walk to the Indulgence Spa, Mullins Beach Bar and watersports.  A five minute drive to Speightstown shopping area.
