Bridgetown Cologne is an upscale men's cologne created by Gerald K Waters, a Virginia businessman who had an inspiration to fashion a men's cologne with a Caribbean influence.
Mr Waters frequently traveled to the Caribbean, becoming particularly fond of Barbados and its people. Barbados naturally became the source and focus of his inspiration, with the name of its capital city, Bridgetown, capturing the spirit of his vision.
Jean-Pierre Subrenat, a French perfumer raised and educated in Cannes, joined Mr Waters to develop the scent of Bridgetown Cologne. He has been The Chairman of The World Perfumery Congress since 1998 and will be The Chairman for the 2007 event as well.
Bridgetown Cologne is a fragrance that reflects wood, fruit and spice notes and the packaging is reminiscent of the Caribbean. Women say Bridgetown Cologne is fresh, clean, masculine and unobtrusive. They love it!
