The tropical gardens are beautifully landscaped and attractively illuminated at night.  Perfect for small children to play in.

Alamanda is within walking distance to the many bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket, banks, post office, as well as to the new Limegrove Lifestyle Centre (shopping mall) with its many designer stores, bars, food court and cinema.
