Alamanda is a cosy, tastefully decorated, fully enclosed three bedroom, two bathroom villa located in a quiet cul de sac only a short walk away from Holetown.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have personal safes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom.
The open plan living/dining area and kitchen opens out on to a large "L" shaped patio with comfortable rattan sofa and chairs. A continuous breeze rolls down the hills from a nearby sugar plantation.
The tropical gardens are beautifully landscaped and attractively illuminated at night. Perfect for small children to play in.
Guests have authorised beach access through the Discovery Bay Hotel which is just 100 meters from the villa. This does not give automatic access to Discovery Bay's swimming pool, but many guests have used the facility freely! If you do decide to use the pool at Discovery Bay, you are requested to use your discretion and perhaps buy the occasional drink from the poolside bar.
The hotel's tennis courts (although not in good condition) are available for hire at a nominal charge, subject to availability. Other local, public courts are available in nearby Sunset Crest.
Alamanda is within walking distance from the many bars and restaurants located on First and Second Street, the supermarket, shopping, post office, doctor's office and banks.
